If you've collected stamps to send to animal charities, that's great - they will be very welcome. Please make sure though that you put enough postage on to cover the cost & weight of the stamps - or the charity will be asked to pay for the postage on receipt.
At a time when many animal charities are really struggling to make ends meet with more and more owners giving their animals up, every penny counts. Checking that your bundle of stamps has enough postage is a key thing to do before popping them into the post box.
Please keep collecting!
