Animal news: Get creative for horses!

Are you creative?  Do you love writing poetry?  Or drawing and painting?

World Horse Welfare is running a Year of the Horse Creative Competition.  There are categories for young people under 16 and for adults.

The competition is open to professionals and amateurs alike, and the idea is to celebrate horses - it fits in with the Year of the Horse, which 2014 is. 

Children under 10 can enter a colouring competition by downloading a choice of printable colouring sheets from World Horse Welfare's website.

Entries are due in by midnight on 1st October 2014.
